Recently I ordered several items from One Stone Biblical and was really impressed with their customer service. The staff are kind, efficient and knowledgeable. On the call I ordered a number of materials, paid and then learned they only had a few of the desired certificates in stock. The new shipment was expected within the following 2 weeks, so that my order would be sent out afterwards. I explained my son was leaving soon for Germany and I needed the certificates to go with him. Kind staff eliminated the problem by sending me the few certificates they did have in stock, shipping them out separately at their own expense!
